HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER?

We produce each rug to order and then go through our rigorous inspection process for quality control. Once the processing is finished, you can expect your order to ship out within two weeks. 

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

Of course. For nearly all of our orders, we use and ship through UPS. We always try our very best to provide a tracking number as soon as your order is processed and sent for shipping.

CAN I MAKE A RETURN?

 If you're not happy for whatever motive, within 60 days of receiving your order. We do require a 20% restocking fee.  You are responsible for the return shipping fees. Please email us at orders@boys-room-rugs.myshopify.com for more information.

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?

We offer Free Standard Shipping anywhere in the continental United States. International shipping is available and you can email us for a quote at info.boysroomrugs@gmail.com Your rug will be made just for you and shipped within 10 business days. This timeframe does exclude the 11x13 and you will always receive an order update email containing updates on when to expect your order. The 11x13 size takes longer to produce and then they ship by freight not the regular shipping method of Federal Express. If you must make a return simply pay for the return shipping. We have a 20% restocking fee but the remaining value will then be refunded to the customer.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY OR TO HAWAII OR ALASKA?

Yes. We ship everywhere. However, if you're placing an order from outside of the lower 48 US, Alaska, Hawaii, or Canada, please email orders@boys-room-rugs.myshopify.com and provide your shipping address before you place your order. One of our team members would be happy to give you a quote. We're incredibly flexible, and we'd love to earn your business.
