International shipping is available, and you can email us for a quote at info.boysroomrugs@gmail.com Your rug will be made just for you and shipped within 10 business days. This timeframe does exclude the 11x13, and you will always receive an order update email containing updates on when to expect your order. The 11x13 size takes longer to produce and then they ship by freight not the regular shipping method of Federal Express. If you must make a return simply pay for the return shipping. We have a 20% restocking fee, but the remaining value will then be refunded to the customer.
